Media Access: The app requires permission to access videos and images on your device in order to play, manage, and save video files.

Browser Usage: If you use the built-in private browser, your search activity will not be stored on our servers.

2.How Uploaded Images Are Handled

We take the privacy of user content very seriously. Images you upload are used solely for the purpose of generating videos. Uploaded images are treated as temporary data during processing — once the video generation process is complete, all uploaded images are immediately, automatically, and permanently deleted. We do not store, reuse, analyze, or share the images after processing, nor do we use uploaded images to build datasets or train any models. This deletion process is automatic and requires no action from the user.

3.Use of Third-Party Services

To provide AI video-generation functionality, this app integrates with Seedance 1.5 Pro, an AI service platform operated by ByteDance. Uploaded content is transmitted securely to Seedance 1.5 Pro for processing. Such processing is subject to Seedance’s privacy practices. 4.Facial Data Processing (AI Video Generation)

Pop Player may temporarily process facial features present in user-uploaded images solely for the purpose of AI video generation. Facial information used during processing (for example, face location, orientation, and motion) is used only to align or composite visual elements in the video. The app does not perform face recognition, identity identification, or biometric analysis, and no biometric identifiers or facial templates are extracted. Facial data are not stored, retained, reused, or analyzed after processing; once video generation is finished, all uploaded images and related facial information are immediately, automatically, and permanently deleted. We do not use facial data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or training AI models. Facial information exists only temporarily as part of the uploaded images during the generation process.

5.How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely for the following purposes:

To provide video playback across all supported formats.

To ensure smooth app performance and improve user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

6.Data Storage & Security

We do not upload or store your personal media files on external servers.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse.
